>Industrial design principles
Based on the principles of industrial design, consider feasibility and cost-effectiveness during the manufacturing process. Ensure that the product is not only fully functional but also competitive in the market and meets customer expectations and demands.
>Sampling aging
Placing samples under simulated real-world conditions such as high temperature, humidity, vibration, etc, to simulate the long-term effects of product use, thereby evaluating its performance and durability over time and under different usage conditions.
>OQC full inspection
During the product manufacturing process, conduct comprehensive quality control inspections on the products.
>Mass production aging
To subject newly developed products to 100% aging verification, evaluating their performance over time under normal usage conditions, ensuring reliability and durability before distribution to customers.
>Industrial test standard
Conduct performance, safety, quality, environmental, and other tests on the product to ensure it can pass the industry's top 85°C and 85% relative humidity conditions for 240 hours.
>Automatic production line

IQC
